Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we'll issue store credit.
How to Start a Return or Exchange Email us at itsnottoolatee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
